Sarah began dancing at the age of three and hasn’t stopped since. She trained in jazz, ballet, lyrical, tap, hip hop and modern at Just Plain Dancin’ where she was a part of their award-winning competition team. Over the years she was awarded countless national and world titles. Sarah attended John F. Kennedy Middle College High School where she was captain of the dance team her junior and senior year. After graduation she went on to be assistant coach of the team and head coach of Norco High School’s hip hop team for four years.
Sarah has been a dancer at Disneyland and California Adventure for six years. Not only has she performed in multiple shows throughout the parks but she has also appeared in many of their commercials and television specials. She spends a lot of time working in LA and has most recently appeared on NCIS Los Angeles, Two and a Half Men, and Sons of Anarchy where she had a recurring role. She was also a dancer for the “Ontario Fury,” a professional indoor soccer team, where she performed on the field in front of thousands of people per game. Earlier this year Sarah spent a few months in Mumbai, India where she danced on a live television show for an average of twenty five million people per day. While she was there she got to study Bollywood and even got the opportunity to dance back up for a famous Bollywood star.
While dance consumes most of Sarah’s time, she makes room for her second passion; fitness. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. She teaches various fitness classes at a gym in Irvine and specializes in preventing and overcoming injuries.
Going on her seventh year teaching, Sarah is excited to share her love and knowledge of dance with CSDPA!
