Emily performed in her first dance recital at the age of four and later resumed taking classes at the age of seven at Center Stage Dance and Performing Arts Center under the direction of Kristi Davar. When Emily was ten, she dedicated her focus to dance training and began competing with Center Stage. Emily has competed numerous solos and was placed in the top ten soloists at Move Nationals of 2019. In her last two years competing, she choreographed her own solos. Emily was a member of Capistrano Valley High School’s Pep Squad for three years. During her freshman and senior years on the squad, she received the “Most Talented” award. Emily has taken master classes from Jessica Richens, Alexis Gilbert, Caitlin Kinney, Galen Hooks and Makenzie Dustman. Emily continues to train at IAF Compound in Los Angeles with Lonni Olson and Mackenzie Martin. She also dances at Saddleback College in the dance program which has given her the opportunity to choreograph for Saddleback's Dance Concerts. Emily is honored for the opportunity to teach at Center Stage Dance and Performing Arts Center.
