Tim Senesi

Tim Senesi has been teaching yoga for the past six years. Tim began his yoga journey as a means to release muscle tension from exercise, but he soon began noticing a tremendous mental and bodily shift. Negative feelings and emotions were being replaced with a sense of calmness and serenity, and a new feeling of bodily strength and ease was becoming apparent.

Tim has studied many different disciplines of yoga, and spent most of his years teaching Vinyasa flow in San Diego, but currently draws inspiration and technique from the Iyengar method under the guidance of Meagan Bello, Chris Beach, and Manouso Manos. Like his mentors, he brings a passion to his teaching that motivates students to move beyond their perceived boundaries. His class will leave you feeling energized and refreshed.
